Well, we are back from our amusement park adventure! It was a lot of fun although I was quite disappointed that the only ride Baby could ride was the Merry go Round. Even though the signs in Kiddie Land stated that they had to be able to sit on their own and not in a lap, the operators said he had to be walking to ride the rides. Oh well! He'll have a blast next year.
I was able to go out and do some deals this morning before church. I plan to spend more time with prep work and do more later on this week. Here are a few highlights:

Huggies Deal - I am not doing this one as we are stocked up through January most likely on diapers at this point! CVS has Huggies Jumbo packs on sale for 2/$18 with $4 in ECB's back. Pair this with the $1.50/1 coupons from recent mailers and it ends up (after ECB's to be $6.50/pack).
Rite Aid
I am a little upset with my Rite Aid right now. They have signs up for items for the Single Check Rebates that don't qualify for the rebates! I pointed it out to a manager today and he said I could bring my items back (2 packs Bic pencils - NOT the Grips type that are on rebate although the store tag stated ANY Bic pencil product) and return them to rebuy the correct items.
Deals - there is a great sale on General Mills cereals this week. Each box is marked down to $1.99. Pair that with $1 off 2 coupons from coupons.com or the $.55 off 1 Honey Nut Cheerieos from the same place and you have a pretty sweet deal. These items also go toward rebate #96 - buy $25 of any variety from Kimberly-Clark/General Mills list and get a $5.00 rebate. There is also a 10% off Rite Aid purchase on coupons.com although for some reason, my coupon did not work - the computer said it did but it didn't take any money off.
Scotch deskgrip pop-up tape is a MONEY MAKER this week! It is on sale for $2.49 with a $2.49 rebate. Use the $1.00 coupon from this weeks paper (I believe the Smart Source - I clipped and didn't mark it down!). Spend $1.49 out of pocket and get $2.49 back!
