Make Money Online - Mindfield Surveys
Be sure to check my SURVEYS tab at the top for short reviews of many survey companies. Today's focus is on Mindfield Surveys.
Mindfield is a great survey company. If you are online often, this company could be a great fit. I get surveys sent several times per week. Surveys fill up fast. When you get an email with a survey invitation, jump on it!
Recently, Mindfield has been offering more high-dollar surveys. In the past two weeks, I have cashed out for $20 - that is money I earned just in two weeks. I have really slacked off with taking surveys, so I missed many opportunities in addition to that $20.
Emails always state compensation amount and approximate length. Mindfield has a quick disqualification time. Within 3-4 questions, I will be disqualified if I am not a match, so my time is not wasted. They are becoming a favorite company of mine!
Click here to join! Membership is free. Refer your friends and get $1 for each friend who signs up. Every penny counts.

Pinecone Surveys Open!
Quick! If you enjoy taking surveys, apply with Pinecone Research! This company is fantastic! Each survey pays $3 - check or paypal - without needing to track earnings and cash out - it's totally automatic and pretty quick! I've typically gotten a couple surveys per month, some being product trials with free stuff.
If you have applied before and have heard nothing, apply again. I applied 4 times before I fit the demographic they needed to fill (no, I didn't fib - that's just not right). Hurry and sign up - once they fill what they need, they close up - it happens within days or even hours!
EDIT: This MAY have already closed. The link is working for me but not for others. Did it work for you?

Pinecone Surveys
Pinecone surveys is open right now! They pay $3 per survey and pay via check very quickly. This is my favorite survey company - you don't have to mess with not qualifying since they check that before sending the survey.
I have been getting about 4-6 surveys each month since I joined. I needed to apply several times before I fit the demographics they needed.
Spaces fill up quickly! Click here to apply!

Click the tab entitled "Basics" and you will find tutorials for shopping many stores plus coupon/sale match-ups for dozens of stores.
Click the icon above to take a short survey and print up to $75 worth of coupons. When I do offers like this, I use a "junk" email account just to be safe.
Today is Thursday, so remember to check your YouData account for ads! You'll get paid directly into PayPal tomorrow! The site doesn't offer a lot of ads yet, but it is slowly growing and has a lot of potential. How does it work? You get paid a few cents for viewing an advertisement even if you click off of it right away. It takes a few seconds a week. Check back on Thursdays to view all your ads that have been saved all week and get paid Friday! Every penny counts.
The Entertainment Book 2010 is on sale 40% off! These books contain hundreds of dollars worth of coupons. What a great price for a great resource! Click above to get yours.
You probably have seen me talk about Swagbucks over and over again. I want to introduce you to another site that has potential. Superpoints doesn't award points as often as Swagbucks, but the points are higher. You can also sign up for Superpoints Surveys to earn even more points. Like Swagbucks, I am saving up for Amazon gift cards. Make sure to pop on daily to play the "Super Lucky Button" for a chance to win points plus do a few searches through their engine (straight google rather than a mix as Swagbucks has). For more earning opportunities, check out my "surveys" and "programs" tabs at the top of this page.
With the roads as terrible as they have been and with more snow on the way, we have been chomping at the bit to get out. Well, now we can cook in and have the meals taste just like they do at restaurants! Download this great FREE ebook and get 31 copycat recipes of your favorite restaurant foods!

Clear Voice Surveys
I want to take a moment to introduce you to Clear Voice Surveys. I am just starting to see some great returns with this company.
Clear Voice is surprisingly simple. Sign up and complete the profile questions. If you want to increase the number to surveys offered to you, simply log in to complete some of the quick daily polls (takes literally 5 seconds per poll).
Each survey pays at least $.10 for attempting. Survey invitations clearly state the compensation amount (mine have ranged from $1 - $3). Once you reach $10, you can cash out for one of four options.
I have seen a great increase in the number of survey offerings since I started doing the daily polls. I am inching my way to redemption! One downside - there is no referral or affiliate program at this time.
Give Clear Voice Surveys a try.

Black Friday Survey
Hi all! Do you shop on Black Friday? Have you in the past? Are you considering it this year? What about Cyber Tuesday?
I didn't do any shopping on those days last year because Little Man was just born, but I may shop some this year!
Hot Coupon World is opening a dialogue between retailers and shoppers regarding the early release of Black Friday ads. Many retailers are upset about their ads being leaked early. Some retailers allow early release and some strictly forbit it.
I know that I love planning ahead. I like using Thanksgiving as a day with family, not a day to plan my shopping trip. I prefer to use the online sites where ads have been leaked to plan my shopping ahead of time so I am free for family time on Thanksgiving.
Click over and help Hot Coupon World with their dialogue with retailers by taking their survey. It is in two parts - one before Black Friday and one after. Those who complete both parts will be entered to win a $50 Amazon gift card. A few respondents will be chosen for a phone interview and will be compensated with a $100 Amazon gift card.

What Surveys Do I Do?
I recently had someone ask me about the surveys that I do. I have addressed this issue several times on this blog in the past and just wanted to quickly revisit it. At first, I was just happy for something to do while on the couch either very pregnant and ordered to rest or nursing my newborn constantly. Then I started seeing a bit of an income. I learned that if I make $3 a day on surveys, that is close to $100 each month. In our world, $100 per month is HUGE. I am not quite that productive yet, but getting better each month. The trick is to sign up for as many survey companies as possible and focus energy on the ones that begin producing. I have let many companies fall to the wayside. Here are my favorites. They may work well for you, or you may have success elsewhere.
- Mindfield Online - I don't qualify for many surveys, but the disqualification happens very quickly as opposed to sites that take 10 minutes or more before disqualification. Every so often, I check my account and find that somehow I have enough to cash out! This company has a $5 cash out threshold. Email survey invites clearly state amount of compensation for each survey. I have found that responding quickly results in more completed surveys as their quotas fill up fast.
- Opinion Outpost - This has to be my favorite site. I have made $75 since April. The cash out process has recently changed. Paper checks are being phased out. You can cash out for an amazon gift card at $5 where you recieve your gift card code immediately. You can cash out for a prepaid debit card at $25. You can read all the details on my review post.
- BuzzBack Research - This company has been sending a bunch of surveys lately. The surveys themselves are quite different from the normal surveys. They often require creating a collage of images to express your thoughts and feelings on various concepts. This company pays well and relatively quickly by paper check.
- SayNation! - This site has at least one survey to attempt each day. Even teenagers are able to have their own accounts and complete surveys. Points are awarded for completed surveys and even surveys that you don't qualify for pay 25 points for attempting. There are TONS of prizes to choose from. I currently am working towards a $20 Amazon gift card. The one downside, this company takes a long time to deliver payment. My last Amazon card took one month to arrive.
- MySurvey - Point values on surveys are often low, but if you qualify for the full survey, the amount increases and you are made aware of the new compensation. I am starting to receive more invites from this company. There is also a nice referral program (click my link at the top of this post if you are interested!).
- Valued Opinions - I have had a lot of success with this company. The surveys are fair length. I qualify for at least half of the ones I am invited to try. The compensation is clearly stated. The cashout threshold is higher than I like - $20 - but I can reach that in 4 - 6 weeks. Checks are mailed fairly promptly once requested.
- ePoll - This site seems to just fill with money with hardly any effort. The surveys seem to be mostly about popular culture and are fun and fast to take. The surveys are worth certain point values. Points can be redeemed for several prizes. I choose a check!
- Toluna - This is the newest company I am trying. I receive several survey invitations each day. Invites state a compensation amount range. I get a little frustrated when after completing a long survey, my compensation ends up being the lowest of the range. There are easy polls on the main site that pay in points that add up over time. The cash out threshold seems a bit high to me. There is a reward of a $15 VIP Gift Pass for 45,000 points and a $20 check option for 60,000 points. After 3 weeks of somewhat involved survey taking, I am at 25,000 points.
Do I spend all my time taking surveys? No. I spend maybe 30 minutes a day. Some days I don't do any while other days I take as many as I can. This week I have earned $14.50 so far. Every penny counts!
Happy survey taking!

ExpoTV
Do you like trying new products? Do you like giving your opinion about things? Do you like making videos? If so, ExpoTV may be for you! I just recently signed up and am excited about all the upgrades to the program in the past few weeks.
With ExpoTV, members upload video reviews of products. You can choose to review any product or you may review a product as part of an assignment. Assignment reviews offer incentive points for completion. Incentive points can also be earned by answering questions by other members on products you own and have reviewed, uploading videos, referring friends, and taking surveys. You can also enter monthly giveaways.
ExpoTV also offers the Tryology program. Members are selected, after taking prequalifying surveys, to receive free products to try and review for points. I took 2 prequalifying surveys today: one for a 100-calorie snack, and one for a blu-ray player!
I have only been with this company for about a month, but I am excited at the potential. I love giving my opinion and the videos are super easy with my macbook. The point levels for rewards are low, so you can redeem your points fairly early compared to other companies.
Click onover to ExpoTV and see what it is all about!

SheSpeaks
Do you love trying new products? Do you like to influence product development with your input? Do you like to have fun? If so, you really should check out SheSpeaks!
I signed up several months ago and just didn't do anything with it. I think I might have answered one short survey. Once. Well, I got a survey a few days ago as a screener for an upcoming promotion. It took maybe 5 minutes to answer. I forgot all about it. I was busy with a baby!
Fast forward to today. I received an email with a pre-shopping survey. I answered a few questions about an upcoming shopping trip (as you know, today was my Kroger run - I forgot half of my coupons.... that's another story), went shopping, answered a few questions about my shopping trip. Easy and fun! Bonus? I am getting a $10 Starbucks card for my time!
SheSpeaks is a great company that is interested in our opinions as consumers. Here's an explanation from their website. I bet you will like what you read! I know now that I have investigated all this company has to offer that I am quite excited to see what comes next!

What is SheSpeaks?
SheSpeaks was created by a woman just like you who wanted to give all women a forum to express their opinions and connect with others.
It is now a community of smart and insightful women who come together to share our opinions and see the power of our collective voices in action.
SheSpeaks gives you many ways to have a say, including... testing products to inspire the companies who created them, writing your opinions on our blogs and discussion boards, creating your own product reviews, or getting expert advice on a range of topics to keep you in-the-know. And the best part is... we promise to never charge you a penny.
How does SheSpeaks work?
Once you join, you can immediately explore our website where you can...
If you have already become a SheSpeaks Member here's what to expect for your first test.
- Discuss! Get to know the other members of SheSpeaks. Tell them all about your interests and share some common ground.
- Do Tell! Write product reviews about anything you have used that you love (or hate). Learn what others think about things you want to buy and let us all know if you agree with them (or not).
- Blog! Chat with other women about current issues that relate to us.
- Polls! Vote on interesting topics. Then see if others agree and what the experts have to say.
- Member Offers! Get exclusive deals and coupons available just for you.
- Special Edition! Read expert information and advice about news you can use.

How does a Test work?
![]()
All members will be entered into our database to test products, services and content. Just make sure you fill out the welcome survey with your hobbies and interests and we will do our best to match you with an appropriate product or service to try out.
Get it!
Once we find the right match for you, we will send you an invitation to see if you are interested. If you accept and fill out the brief Enrollment Survey, you should get your product (to keep!) in about three weeks.
Try It!
Use the product in your day-to-day life to figure out what you really think about it: What do you really love? What would you like to change?
Inspire It!
We'll send you another short survey to tell us and the company who makes your product how you genuinely feel about it. All information sent to the company will be anonymous, so yes, we do want your honest opinions. Once the test is over, we'll give you the inside scoop on what future adjustments and improvements will be made, thanks to your input.
Share It!
You can then go on the SheSpeaks discussion boards to compare notes with other women who also tried the same product. We'll also offer you free products, special offers and valuable coupons that you can pass along to your friends. But we do want to warn you... they are likely to make you quite popular.

Survey Update 3
This will be a short update. I NO LONGER recommend MyView!!!! I have done a ton of surveys plus one product trial for them and thought I was raking in the dough (they claimed to pay between $1 - $3 per survey payable through PayPal). I decided to check my status (have tried in the past without success) to see if I could cash out yet. After many failed attempts I finally emailed customer service to learn that I had been credited for NOT A SINGLE SURVEY!!! They said I had entered a bunch of raffles but had not completed any surveys (even though I got to the screen that said "you may now close this browser window"). After responding I got another response stating the same thing and that basically they won't do anything to look into it. I let them know that I think their company is a scam and I removed myself from their list. I checked them out on SurveyPolice (which I should have done from the beginning) and found that this is a common problem. They just use their members then discard them while profiting from the research gained.

Surveys and Product Trials
Well, I have been finding my groove with all these survey companies. I am paring down how many I am with so I am not overwhelmed by survey invites. I have posted on these sites quite a bit. You can read those posts here:
Lately, in addition to surveys, I have been doing product trials that resulted from the surveys. I currently am doing 3 different trials - waffles, shampoo/conditioner, and baby wipes! I just love getting free stuff to try! Non-survey sites that do product trials that might interest you are:
Here's a quick rundown of the survey/other companies I have tried and that I use. One fantastic resource to evaluate companies is Survey Police! Check it out!

- Glamspotters - I saw this site recommended on SlickDeals so I signed up. I have not done anything with it and do not plan to.
- Baker St. Solutions - About once a month I get an email for a survey from them. I usually do not qualify, but if you do, the compensation is fair. I have not earned any money from them yet.
- MIT Behavioral Research Lab - once again, recommended on SlickDeals. I have not done anything with them yet and don't plan to. Most studies are on-campus and we are not local.
- Yale School of Management - I do surveys regularly here. I have not earned any money (lottery system for higher dollar Amazon cards) but have really enjoyed the short surveys.
- BuzzBack Market Research - I have done a couple of surveys for them. There is no way to check balance, so I have no idea how much I have earned (under $10) and have no idea when I might see that money. I'll still do surveys occasionally for them to see what happens.
- Fieldwork Focus Groups - Supposedly this pays really well, but we aren't local. I have not done anything with them.
- Ipsos I-Say Survey - I have been signed up for many years but have yet to see a survey from them. I am surprised since this company comes highly rated.
- MySurvey - I have not done much with this company. I was able to sign up for MyView through this company though so that has been a plus.
- SayNation - I don't make this site my priority, but it is a good company. You can take at least one survey per day. They have a good referral program and good rewards for participating.
- Opinion Outpost - I Heart Opinion Outpost! I have made $46.00 since April and am just waiting on my last check to arrive. I can't say enough good things. They have a good referral program as well. Send me your email address if you'd like to sign up under me!
- Mindfield Online - I have yet to qualify for a survey. I get at least 4 invites per week, so if you are in a different demographic, you might have more success!
- Valued Opinions - My technical difficulties have been remedied. I have earned $20 since November with this company. Not the greatest payout, but definitely worth a look.
- MyView - I am doing a product trial (waffles) currently for them. They pay directly into PayPal so it is super easy!
- SurveyHead - I just don't have the time or interest for this one.
- Resolution Research - I haven't done a survey for this company yet.
- Winster.com - This is NOT a survey company. It is a game portal. By playing simple games and occasionally watching an advertisement, you earn points toward a prize of your choice. I am playing for a $5 Amazon gift card.
- Global Opinion Panels (Synovate) - I like this company. I am doing a product trial for them currently (shampoo/conditioner).
- InBox Dollars - Not really a survey site. Basically, you can read ads through email for a few cents. Referrals net you a few cents. Occaionally, a survey will be posted that will earn up to a dollar. The big bucks come when you click through their ads and follow through with offers (that often cost money). I have not done any offers. Once I get my first payout, I probably won't continue.
- Neilsen Homescan - I am excited about this one. I am on a waiting list for a scanner. I don't really know all the details, but I would earn points by scanning everything I purchase and uploading that information once per week.
- Mills Advisory Panel - General Mills has this as their consumer input. You can answer surveys to earn points for prizes. I have been told there is a possibilty of product trials. I get about one survey per month.
- American Consumer Opinion - I have been with this company for awhile. It is a good company. I did many surveys a few years back but didn't reach the cash out threshold so I quit. I recently re-joined and have not qualified for a survey yet.
- MyOpinionNow - I have not done much with this company yet but they do have a good referral program and get decent reviews.
- EPoll - featured on 60 Minutes. I just don't have time for it.
- CashCrate - AVOID THIS!!! Read this review. I fell for it but thankfully got out before I got scammed at all.
